Data collected on tribal Trust lands and through this Policy are covered by applicable Puyallup Tribal and federal law.

When you establish a player’s account with us, this account will not be accessed by any other person or entity except for legitimate EQC business purposes. Such player’s account is not transferrable by you to any other person or entity.
We reserve the right to transfer the information we maintain in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets.
