This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the data practices of Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel ("Emerald Queen”), a casino owned and operated by the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, a federally recognized sovereign tribe. This Privacy Policy explains the types of Personal Information we collect, how we may use and share the information, and the privacy choices that you have with respect to our handling of Personal Information about you. Data collected on tribal Trust lands and through this Policy are covered by applicable Puyallup Tribal and federal law.

Whenever we use the words "our websites," or “Services,” we are referring to www.emeraldqueen.com, Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel, EQC Players Club, or the EQC Mobile App. Whenever we use the words “user,” “consumer,” or “player” we are referring to you.

From time to time, we may use or augment the Personal Information we have about you with information obtained from other sources, such as public databases, social media platforms and other third parties, including to perform obligations required under applicable law. We may also use such third party information to confirm contact information or to better understand your interests by associating demographic information with the information you have provided.

What Happens If You Do Not Provide Your Personal Information To Us?

If you do not provide Personal Information that we request or require in connection with our Services or our business functions and activities, we may not be able to provide our Services to you, respond to an enquiry or a complaint or assist you in other ways. For example, we also may not be able to provide you with information about products and Services that you may want.

We may provide service providers with some of your Personal Information (subject to compliance with applicable laws) including information related to gaming activity that is necessary for those service providers and/or us to administer your EQC Players Club and/or other accounts, and for other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. When you establish a player’s account with us, this account will not be accessed by any other person or entity except for legitimate EQC business purposes. Such player’s account is not transferrable by you to any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to transfer the information we maintain in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. If we engage in such a sale or transfer, we will make reasonable efforts to direct the recipient to use your Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. After such a sale or transfer, you may contact the recipient with any inquiries concerning the recipient’s privacy practices.

We do not sell your Personal Information although we may share it as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

You may opt-out from receiving direct marketing materials from us by following the instructions included in the email (e.g., clicking the unsubscribe link). Some features of the Services allow you to post content on our website, app or social media pages, such as photos. Content that you provide may be shared publicly or with other users or third parties.

We retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the data was collected, and any other permissible, related purpose. When we no longer need the Personal Information we collect, we either anonymize the information or securely destroy the information.
