Changing or Upgrading Your Mobile Device

You don’t need to let us know if you change your mobile device or upgrade system software. Just download the app to your new device or reinstall it after your upgrade if required. If you are planning to keep your old phone, we advise you to remove the app from old devices as well. If you lost your device, your account will be safe unless your login credentials have been compromised. We recommend you change your pin as soon as possible.
